Homes from our own portfolio, sold directly by us as the owner.
A direct offer for your property, without putting it on the market.
Our prices and offers are based on what similar properties have actually sold for.
We work through every step between agreeing a price and the title deed.

Location, size, condition and whether there is a mortgage on it.
We visit the property at a time that suits you.
A written offer based on recent sales in your building and community. You are under no obligation to accept.
If you accept, we sign an MOU setting out the price, deposit and completion date.
We coordinate the developer No Objection Certificate and, if needed, settlement with your bank.
Ownership is transferred at a DLD trustee office and you receive your payment.
Community, property type, bedrooms and budget — and whether you are buying with cash or a mortgage.
We show you the properties we have that fit.
We agree the price and terms and sign an MOU, with the security deposit set out in it.
If you are using a mortgage, your bank values the property while we obtain the developer NOC.
At the trustee office you pay the 4% DLD fee and the balance, receive your title deed and collect the keys.
